Mark formed Ritchie & Kwo LLP (the predecessor to Ritchie, Kwo & Wright LLP) in 2022 with Denise Kwo. Prior to RKW, Mark was a partner of another Vancouver-based tax boutique.

Mark obtained his BMgt (accounting) from the University of British Columbia Okanagan, and his JD from the University of British Columbia. Mark completed all three parts of the CPA In-Depth Tax Course, and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Mark spends his free time in the rain beside soccer fields or in the bleachers at baseball diamonds, but still attempts to push his children to become ski addicts so that he can instead spend all of his free time on the mountain.
